Chief Commercial Officer

Department: NEP UAE
Location: Dubai, Emirate of Dubai

Purpose:

To build a regional sales / commercial strategy that will evolve our sales team in order to continue to Get new clients in existing and new markets, keep clients who are willing to pay for our service level, and grow the value of our clients through cross-selling and up-selling.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive sales strategy, plans, forecasts and KPIs - for the region as a whole and all major events (including alignment to the global approach).
  • Generating and qualifying new leads and using different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts.
  • Define the customer engagement model (aligned to the Global strategy) that allows for regional opportunities to be identified, but allows local sales team to deliver to their customers
  • Develop strategies to be innovative in the market, win new customers and grow existing customers. This includes ensuring we have healthy business models.
  • Building a high-performing sales team to execute end-to-end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals and implementation.
  • Establish joint processes, cross sell, and collaborate to ensure profitable deals, growth and hold a strong market position.

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent commercial acumen and financial awareness
  • Relationship builder with ability to flex style to adapt to different situations, stakeholders and demands.
  • Strategic and analytical view which translate into clear articulation and plans of how to increase revenue, improve customer 'stickiness' and continue to meet customer demands.
  • Excellent knowledge of NEP products & services. Knowledge of Sales Force tool is a must.
  • Influencer and trustworthy, internally and externally
  • Strong communicator and can adapt style for different audiences.
  • Role model for collaboration and building and developing strong teams
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships with clients and staff.
  • Willing and able to travel as necessary.
