HR/Senior HR Executive

Department: NEP Singapore
Location: Singapore, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulation
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar based on the manpower plan and hiring targets
  • Assist on employment contract preparation, onboarding of new join, offboarding process.
  • Independently manage work pass applications, renewal, and cancellation of foreign employees.
  • Manage employee leave and attendance, and submission of statutory claims.
  • Assist on in-house and external training sourcing.
  • Plan and execute employee bonding activities and company events to strengthen team spirit and workplace engagement.
  • Maintenance and upkeeping of employee’s profile.
  • Maintain of monthly filing.
  • Support in payroll related tasks.
  • Provide advice and assistance to employees in HR related matters.
  • Provide administrative support to manager and head of department.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma graduate in Human Resource Management or Business an advantage
  • Min 2 years of work experience in related role.
  • Has knowledge and familiar with MOM standards for hiring of foreign employees.
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous with good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Independent, possess good organisation skills with ability to multi-task.
