The Role

Creative Technology UK is seeking to recruit a Service Engineer who will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Audio Visual equipment. This will include working closely with the Operations and Technical teams for preparing equipment and Technical managers responsible for maintenance. Management team, On Site Engineers, and other Service Engineers to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of all Creative Technology based rental inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical & mechanical repair of all LED display and audio visual equipment within Creative Technology’s inventory.
2. Board and component level repairs where necessary including manual hot soldering and use of hot air de-soldering station.
3. Calibration of equipment where necessary.
4. P.A.T and general electrical system testing including 400v three phase power distribution systems.
5. Minor mechanical fabrication where required including use of milling and drilling machinery.
6. Proper and accurate upkeep of repairs administration systems.
7. Field repairs and attendance where ever necessary.
