Purpose

NEP Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our US finance team focusing on analyzing and reporting financials across all US divisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring financial performance, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic recommendations to management. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, executive communication, financial modeling, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Consolidate US financial forecasts and budgets
• Prepare executive level reporting monthly on forecast vs actual, budget vs actual, and forecast updates
• Create and update detailed financial models to analyze profitability and utilization of assets and return on investment across all US divisions and product offerings
• Compensation & headcount forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Partner with IT to identify and build process automation for US and Global reporting deliverables
• Create dashboards using PowerBI or similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business initiatives

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry
• Knowledge of SAP or other financial systems
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
