Purpose

NEP Group is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our US finance team on a temporary basis, focusing on analyzing and reporting financials to aid transformation initiatives and external stakeholder reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring financial performance, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic recommendations to management. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, financial reporting, executive communication, financial modeling, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction level details
• Provide insights and recommendations for efficiencies
• Prepare bi-weekly executive level progress reporting on transformation initiatives
• Prepare monthly budget vs actual reporting on key initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business initiatives

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with “can do” attitude
• Knowledge of Sage500 or other financial systems
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

Dates: April 2025 – June 2025 with potential to extend
