Purpose

NEP Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Commercial Finance to be a strong business partner to our Media Services team across the Americas. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an incredible opportunity to drive significant growth and impact through financial, commercial, and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading and presenting financial analyses, consolidating results, partnering with business unit and functional leaders, and providing guidance and prioritization in financial decision-making to drive the success of the Americas region.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include commercial and operational analysis, FP&A, monthly consolidations, forecasts, budgets, and 5-year plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies, investment appraisals, and initiatives
• Be a trusted and engaged business partner to the organization enabling transparency, growth, profitability, and sound business decisions
• Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to support EBITDA growth and transformation initiatives
• Ensure and develop continued compliance with appropriate financial regulations and policies

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or related roles
• Ability to communicate effectively to leaders across multiple functions of the organization
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Innate curiosity and desire to understand all aspects of the business
• Good team development, management, and dynamic prioritization skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
