Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to assist the client and studio crew in all in-studio production needs at NEP Studios in New York City.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist clients as needed with moving equipment. Act in a courteous and helpful manner at all times.
• Maintain, replace, and run cable at the request of the clients or Studio Manager.
• Prepare for studio productions including set design, set building, lighting, and miscellaneous grip work.
• Assist with set renovations and changeovers.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Technical Degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
• Requires previous studio production experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively solve problems.
• Ability to follow both oral and written communication instructions and work in a group setting or alone.
• Must be a team player, dependable, on time and hard working.
