As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of various equipment and machinery in a shop or industrial setting. You will work closely with the maintenance team to troubleshoot issues, perform routine inspections, and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently.

Key Duties:

-Inspecting equipment for defects and performing maintenance as needed.
-Repairing or replacing faulty parts, components, or systems.
-Troubleshooting issues to determine root causes and solutions.
-Following safety protocols and regulations at all times.
-Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
-Collaborating with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
-Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Proven experience as a technician or similar role.
-Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication skills.
