We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Commercial Finance to be a strong business partner to our Media Services leadership across the Americas. Reporting directly to the CFO, Americas, this is an incredible opportunity to drive significant growth and impact through financial, commercial, and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a strong team, providing leadership and prioritization in financial decision-making to drive the success of our commercial initiatives and ultimately the Americas region.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial finance team with responsibilities including commercial and operational analysis and support, FP&A, and investment assessments
- Be a trusted and engaged business partner to the organization enabling transparency, growth, profitability, and sound business decisions
- Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to support EBITDA growth and transformation initiatives
- Coordinate and manage major strategic initiatives across functions (sales, operations, HR, technology, legal, etc.)
- Develop, coach, and lead a highly motivated 6-person team across a wide variety of responsibilities and initiatives.
- Ensure and develop continued compliance with appropriate financial regulations and policies
Position Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or related roles, preferably in a service industry
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels and across multiple functions of the organization
- Experience in developing, implementing, and measuring financial initiatives to drive business growth
- Strategic thinker with the ability to grasp and direct the tactical details appropriately
- Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Innate curiosity and desire to understand all aspects of the business
- Proven business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to influence collaboratively across functions
- Excellent team development, management, and dynamic prioritization skills
- Ability to deliver superior service and build lasting relationships by demonstrating NEP’s Core Values:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Hybrid position with 2-3 days expected in Pittsburgh office
