Account Project Manager

Department: Creative Technology Ireland
Location: Dublin, Leinster

Role: Project Manager Live Events

Main Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Managing our key client accounts & growing sales revenue.

  • Interpreting client requirements and translating them into quotations.

  • Creating technical briefs for live events.

  • Managing live events onsite when required.

  • Taking ownership of the delivery and execution of the technical components of live events.

  • Managing the budgeting of live events and controlling costs

  • Liaising with all relevant parties in the stadium

  • Attending & initiating client account review meetings

  • Maintaining existing clients and developing new clients

Quality Management System Responsibilities

  • Comply with Company’s Quality Management System requirements i.e. perform your work according to your process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.

  • Understand and apply our quality policy statements in all aspects of your work.

  • Contribute towards achieving company objectives

  • Ensure that the needs and requirements of company’s internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.

  • Help develop and improve the company’s internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.

Education:

Technical Qualification in relevant field

Licenses/Certificates:

Manual Handling.

Avixa AV courses desirable

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of the audio visual and live events industry.
  • Strong technical background in audio, video, or lighting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong record in customer facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
