Purpose:

NEP Group is seeking a Finance Manager to support business partners as well as forecasting / budget management. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process for a set of product offerings across the US and develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making for leadership
• Be a trusted and engaged business partner to the organization enabling transparency, growth, profitability, and sound business decisions
• Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to support EBITDA growth and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies and initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Ensure and develop continued compliance with appropriate financial regulations and policies

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or related roles, preferably in the tech or service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a commercial finance role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus
• Hybrid position with 2-3 days expected in the Pittsburgh office
